                                                         Founder and the Director of GLOW Georgia - Ina Girard 

Graduated from the Tbilisi State Medical University, MD, Paediatrics, after doing residency study (masters equivalent) at the State Medical Academy of Georgia, Public Health Management specialist, and later - Master of Science, International Health Policy and Management in the Heller School of Public Policy in Boston, Massachusetts.

Currently works with the Austrian Red Cross, as a regional coordinator of the donor (EU, ADA, etc.) funded projects. Working experience with UNDP, UNIDO, UNFPA, Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, working abroad: MSH (Cambridge, Massachusetts), with the department of business and resource mobilization and with UNICEF (NY), at the Division of Communication, Youth Section.


                                                  

                                                    Member of the Board of Directors - Sofia Kamushadze

Sofia Kamushadze Graduated from Tbilisi State University, DBE in Finance, and Diplomatic Academy of Georgia, LLM in International Law. Sofia has 15 years of experience in leading and implementations of programs with the financial support of EU state donors, runs several sectoral projects, such as giving business opportunities, provide relief, development and educational programs to the population of Georgia.

 

  



                                           Member of the Board of Directors - Tamar Nozadze


Ms Tamar Nozadze has over 10 years of experience coordinating grants and working in the sphere of development in the fields of community development, youth empowerment, gender equality, regional media, media literacy, organizational and human capacity building. Ms Nozadze has experience conducting training on a variety of topics, including Project Design and Management, Gender in the workplace, positive youth development, etc. Ms. Nozadze has also participated in a number of professional workshops worldwide including South Africa, Cambodia, the US and Eastern Europe.

She is a graduate from Tbilisi State University of Social and Political Sciences with Major in South Caucasus Transformation for her MA degree and International Relations for BA. Additionally, she did an exchange         program at Warsaw University, Poland and University of Tartu, Estonia
